Sterkfontein Gets a Gold in my Books Out of all the indigenous waters South Africa has to offer, Sterkfontein Dam is surely a world class venue; crystal clear waters, safe enough to drink, healthy fish population in amazing conditions and set in a breathtaking environment. As challenging as the fishing can be, making even the best fisherman look stupid at times, we find ourselves going back for more and more and take in, every trip, all the learning curves that she has to offer and when the dam does offer, this means she is in a good mood.....Anyone who has been there will know exactly what I am talking about...... Love this place!
